Overall score: 7/10
Season 1: 8/10
Season 2: 8/10 (with hesitation)
Season 3: 6/10
The White Lotus doesn’t follow any traditional recipe – and that might be exactly why I got hooked. It feels like a chaotic puzzle you’re weirdly obsessed with finishing… because you’re dying to figure out what the hell is actually going on.
This is how you start a show. I sat down to watch one episode – suddenly it was 2 AM and I’d binged the whole damn thing.
Everything from the acting, the hauntingly weird music, and the dry, awkward dialogue made me constantly wonder if it was a parody. But it worked.
There’s a lot happening between the lines, so keep your eyes open – but the reward is there.
🎲 Rating: 8/10
This one’s tough. In some ways it’s better… in others, worse. I honestly don’t know. It feels like the show itself isn’t even sure what it’s trying to be.
The plot? A jungle of weird choices. The atmosphere? Still amazing.
The cast? Delivers like their lives depend on it.
But I never fully connected the way I did in season 1 – and that kinda nags at me.
🎲 Rating: 8/10 (but I’m still not convinced)
Okay… this is where things fell apart for me.
The plot got way too predictable, and I kept waiting for it to pick up – it never did.
Sure, the cast, direction, and music were on point. But that’s not what makes a binge-worthy show. It’s the feeling.
And here? No feeling. I only finished it because I felt like I had to, not because I was excited.
🎲 Rating: 6/10
The White Lotus is like a fancy soap you get as a gift – it smells nice, looks expensive, but you’re not entirely sure if it’s for you.
You end up using it anyway… because well, it feels fancy.
Season 1 is a must-watch. Season 2? Sure, if you’ve got some patience.
Season 3? Only if you’re already invested – otherwise, you can skip it and be just fine.
